Creating real value solutions for Fuji Xerox

International firm Fuji Xerox was facing lease expiry on its occupied buildings in Sydney. The company was weighing the different options available to them such as renewing its lease contract, relocating to suitable alternative premises or splitting its corporate head office from the state office.

Looking for quality advice, Fuji Xerox turned to Jones Lang LaSalle to find the best course of action.

Acting on the client’s behalf, we negotiated to have Fuji Xerox renew its lease agreement at 101 Waterloo Road North Ryde, comprising some 6,600 sqm. We bargained for competitive terms, including significant contribution to refit the existing premises. We also included a provision stating that the leased space can be increased or decreased depending on the changes in business conditions.

This is just another instance of our firm delivering real value for our clients.
