15 diverse hotel assets, two countries, one portfolio valuation

​February 2012 - An unrivalled knowledge of the Australasian hotel market, constant and direct involvement in advisory and brokerage assignments throughout the region and an extensive, long-standing research database allowed JLL to execute a diverse portfolio valuation for Amalgamated Holdings Limited.

The portfolio includes fifteen Rydges and QT branded hotels across Australia and New Zealand.

JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group provided valuation reports for each individual hotel, suitable for financial reporting and first mortgage security. Each report comprised an executive summary, property description, competitive market information, pro-forma financial projections and SWOT analysis.
