Confidence and experience helps new investor enter Australian market

​March 2014 - ​A 4.5-star hotel adjacent to Canberra Airport’s new terminal is the airport operator's first foray into the Australian hotel investment market.

JLL’s depth and breadth of experience and international network afforded Canberra Airport the confidence to commit to a 15 year lease agreement.

Opened early 2016, the 191-room hotel is operated by TFE Hotels, a joint venture between Toga and Far East Orchid, under the Vibe Hotel brand.

Over a six month period the Hotels & Hospitality team ensured their client found an ideal partner and committed to the right operating structure, terms and conditions.
