​September 2015 - JLL were exclusively appointed to sell the Duke of Gloucester Hotel in Randwick through a discreet offmarket process. This is the third hotel that JLL has transacted for the publicly listed Newhaven Hotels Group.

Occupying an imposing 746 square metre site, the landmark hotel boasts a 2am licence, 19 PME’s (SIA 23) and a large outdoor beer garden. With a large trading footprint, limited surrounding competition and a strong trade catchment, the hotel will be repositioned in line with the purchaser’s existing food and beverage focused operations.
