​June 2015 - ​​JLL conducted a public EOI campaign highlighting the investment components underpinned by a quality triple net lease backed by a premier football club and strong local operators.

The hotel features 58 guest rooms operated under Mercure with DA for an additional 40 rooms,a 3am licence with 80 gaming machines, sports bar with TAB, bistro with outdoor terrace, lounge bar and extensive function facilities. The property occupies a significant site of 7,000 square metres with lakeside views approximately 25 minutes north-west of the Melbourne CBD.

Through this strong and succinct sales strategy, the property was keenly contested and resulted in an exceptional sales result.
