JLL were exclusively appointed by the Stephens Property Group to offer for sale the 4.5-star Sebel residence East Perth. Situated on a waterfront location in East Perth, the hotel forms part of a larger mixed use development and features 57 guest rooms, swimming pool, spa, gymnasium, conference facilities and onsite parking.

Through an international Expressions of Interest (EOI) campaign, the hotel gained substantial attention due to its physical attributes and location within close proximity to the CBD. By highlighting the existing and future trading upsides of the property a competitive bidding process was created, which resulted in the asset transacting at AUD19.2 million.
