This was my first time using a Buyers Advocate, so initially I was very sceptical and did have a few concerns, particularly after a change in agent a few weeks into the process. I was then introduced to Josh Coleman who stepped me through the entire process. 

After the presentation of the first property and the depths of detail to which Josh went into certainly settled the nerves. It didn't work out, but I didn't feel pressured one way or another to make a decision. 

As this was my first experience with purchasing property in Queensland, I was a little confused by the process and had a few anxious moments. Josh was able to answer promptly and without fuss any questions I had along the way. All inspections were done to a very high standard and in immense detail making it much easier to make decisions without ever feeling the need to view the property in person or feeling like something was being missed. 

Josh was in continual contact with myself and all parties involved in the purchase process. Even up to and beyond settlement Josh has been more than willing to answer any questions I have had and provided any information I required concerning the property.
