    Initial Consultation – it was great to videoconference with Josh and Gary to get to know each of them. They both acknowledged ALL of the items on our brief specifically future development potential and good yield.

    Not knowing the area at all, Josh took us on a tour of the area showing the key local drivers for the area (retail, transport etc.), this definitely exceeded our expectations and really helped us feel informed and equipped with local knowledge.
