JLL further expands Valuations business, adding another mortgage sector expert

Anthony Dundovic joins JLL’s Valuation team from the Commonwealth Bank

Global property services firm, JLL has made a senior appointment in response to its growing mortgage valuation platform, with the addition of Anthony Dundovic as Director, Commercial Compliance & Quality.

Anthony joins JLL's Institutional & Middle Markets Valuation and Advisory team in a national role, based in Sydney.  He spent the last eight years at the Commonwealth Bank, in a senior risk management role within the property advisory services team.

Anthony is a qualified valuer with experience across multiple asset classes.

JLL's Managing Director, Advisory & Consulting Services, John Talbot said, "Anthony's appointment comes at an important time for our Valuations business.  Our mortgage valuation activities have grown significantly over the last couple of years and our banking sector clients are an increasing focus for us.  To ensure JLL is meeting the needs of our banking clients, we have appointed Anthony to this important role of overseeing the Quality Assurance of our national mortgage valuations work."

In September last year, JLL expanded the reach of its national Valuations business by acquiring Propell National Valuers – adding scale to its valuations team for residential markets with the addition of 200 people.

JLL's Valuations & Advisory team is made up of specialists spanning commercial, retail, industrial and residential sectors, as well as specialised valuations in areas such as health and aged care, student accommodation, infrastructure and easements and plant and equipment.
