JLL reappointed to manage Australian Federal Police (AFP) property portfolio

Global property services firm, JLL has been reappointed to manage the property portfolio of the Australian Federal Police (AFP), covering more than 200 domestic and international properties.

Under the contract, JLL will provide the AFP with property and facilities management services for an initial term of 4 years.

JLL's Head of Australasian Government Business, Steve Mackintosh said, "JLL, and formerly Five D, has been providing property services to the Australian Federal Police since 2007. Our proven track record and ability to provide a real estate solution that is integrated and meets the unique requirements of the AFP's diverse property portfolio are all key reasons why we were reappointed.

"We look forward to continuing to work on behalf of AFP to maximise the potential of their property assets and continuing the strong partnership we have forged with them since 2007," said Mr Mackintosh.
