Jones Lang LaSalle expands Valuation & Advisory business

BRISBANE, May 28, 2012 – Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded its Valuation and Advisory division, appointing Anthony Simpson as Director of Industrial.

Formerly Associate Director of Industrial at Colliers, Anthony will be responsible for Industrial Valuations in Queensland, working with Fraser Bentley, Director and Head of Valuations and Advisory.

“A key appointment for the team, we welcome Anthony to Jones Lang LaSalle,” said Mr Bentley.

“Anthony brings experience in investment, development, leasehold, cold storage, specialised and port related industrial properties and has undertaken major valuations for blue chip clients including Goodman, Lend Lease, Dexus, Stockland, Charter Hall, McGrath Nicol, Korda Mentha and all the major banks,” he said.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Anthony gained substantial experience with both valuation and property development companies. From this experience in the top end of his career, he has a solid understanding of valuation fundamentals and a detailed knowledge of market parameters.

Anthony has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics), is a Registered Valuer, Qld and is an Associate of the Australian Oroperty Institute (AAPI).
