Three new senior appointments at Jones Lang LaSalle Victoria

Senior Valuer from M3 Property moves to Jones Lang LaSalle’s Valuations Business and expansion of the Victorian Property and Asset Management team


MELBOURNE, 12 JUNE 2012 – Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Martin Reynolds to Head its Valuations and Advisory team in Victoria. Specialising in Melbourne’s CBD Commercial office sector, Mr Reynolds has 20 years of Valuations experience including 6 years with M3 Property and approximately 10 years with Colliers in Melbourne, Sydney, Darwin and Adelaide.

 
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Victorian Managing Director, Andrew Wood said, “Martin will add further depth and market leadership to our existing senior Valuations and Advisory team of Gary Longden, Bernie Sweeney and Glenn Boyd. Martin’s strong market knowledge and national experience will be well received by both institutional and private clients.”
 
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Managing Director, Investment and Advisory Group, John Talbot  said, “Our Valuations business is a major priority for the firm and we are very excited to add Martin to the growing platform around the country. We have been expanding our teams across Australia, in line with increasing client demand for valuation services due to the ongoing global uncertainty.”
 
Mr Reynolds will start in the new role in September.
 
Meanwhile, Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded its Victorian Property and Asset Management team with the appointment of two new senior staff.
 
Alison Bailey, who will be based in Melbourne, will take the position of Associate Director, Commercial Property. Ms Bailey, who has worked in the commercial property industry for over 20 years, will specialise in the management of large scale office buildings.
 
Prior to taking up her new position at Jones Lang LaSalle, Ms Bailey worked as an Associate Director at Knight Frank and as a Property Manager with Fitzroys. She has also worked at Jones Lang LaSalle in the past, working on the Colonial Account for the firm.
 
Susan Chambers will also be joining the firm this month taking the role of Manager, Commercial Property Management. Ms Chambers will be based in the Glen Waverley office and will focus on the management of office and industrial buildings in Melbourne’s metropolitan markets.
