Jones Lang LaSalle adds a National Manager of Plant & Equipment to its growing Australian Valuations business

David Field brings 23 years of experience to the firm, covering valuations for a broad span of industry sectors

SYDNEY, 8 OCTOBER 2012 – Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded the capabilities within its Valuations and Advisory division, adding a National Manager of Plant & Equipment Valuations.

David Field, formerly of Sydney-based valuation firm Hymans Asset Management, commenced with Jones Lang LaSalle today.  He will join the firm’s Australasian Plant & Equipment team, based in Sydney and work closely with the New Zealand team.  He will also be part of the broader Plant & Equipment business in Asia Pacific, which has teams based in Jones Lang LaSalle offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and China.
Director of Valuations and Advisory, Tyrone Hodge said, “David is an experienced valuer who brings 23 years of experience to the firm.  His areas of expertise include insurance, insolvency, financial reporting and due diligence.  His work has covered a broad span of industries including hotels and resorts, hospital and aged care, airport and air traffic control, education, textiles, postal services, dairy, agriculture, flour and rice mills and automotive assembly plants.
“This wealth of experience will add to our valuations offering in Australia and New Zealand and Asia Pacific as a whole,” said Mr Hodge.
