Old-school office warehouse sold

112-116 Main Road, Clayton South


MELBOURNE, 16 OCTOBER 2012 – Polar Trading has purchased a 3,500sqm older style office warehouse in Clayton South for $2million with vacant possession.

Andrew O’Connell of Jones Lang LaSalle sold the property located at 112-116 Main Road, Clayton South on behalf of Markwood Investments.

Zoned Industrial 1, the prominent office warehouse is located on the western side of Main Road, Clayton South between Centre and Fairbank Roads, approximately 20km south east of the CBD, providing excellent access to Clayton Road, Centre Road, Princes Highway and the broader arterial road network.

Mr O’Connell said, “The property generated a huge volume of interest due to its prominent location and multitude of potential future uses.”
