Energy boost for Laverton North

24-26 Little Boundary Road

MELBOURNE, 14 NOVEMBER 2012 – Electrical contracting firm specialising in the construction and maintenance of all electrical systems, Ennesty Energy is relocating to 24-26 Little Boundary Road, Laverton North.

Pierre Ghougassian and Lincoln Reynolds of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the new five-year lease on behalf of a private landlord for $255,000 net per annum.

The 4,080sqm office/warehouse is prominently located close to the Boundary Road intersection, just 15 minutes from the CBD and provides fantastic access to all major freeways in Melbourne’s West.

Comprising a 3,600sqm warehouse and 480sqm office, the property has ample off street parking, B-double access, 450 amps of power and overhead cranes.
Mr Ghougassian said, “Ennesty Energy took up this option as it was one of a few available properties on the market of this size. Developers can really take advantage at the moment with the shortage of stock in the 2,000-4,000sqm range."
