New national Industrial Corporate Solutions appointment for Jones Lang LaSalle

NSW Head of Industrial Andrew Maher, with 13 years’ property industry experience and 7 years with Jones Lang LaSalle, will take on a newly formed national director role within the company

SYDNEY, 27 November 2012 – Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Andrew Maher to the national position of Director, Industrial Corporate Solutions. The newly formed role will leverage the firm’s connectivity across regions.

Currently NSW Head of Industrial, Mr Maher has been with Jones Lang LaSalle for 7 years and in the property industry for 13 years. During this time, he has been involved in some of the largest industrial transactions in NSW.

NSW Managing Director Michael Fenton said Mr Maher brings a wealth of experience in major industrial transactions to the role, which will greatly contribute to the growth of Jones Lang LaSalle’s national Industrial Corporate Solutions business.
“Andrew Maher is recognised for his strong relationships with both major institutional investors and Australia’s largest corporate occupiers. I am pleased to announce his new national appointment, broadening his current work base across business lines and geographies.
“Andrew will work across multiple sectors in his new role, managing existing client relationships and unlocking the opportunities of the firm’s global connectivity.

As the Head of Industrial in New South Wales, Mr Maher currently specialises in major industrial sale transactions and the facilitation of leasing transactions on behalf of Australia’s largest industrial landlords.
Mr Maher will be based in the Sydney offices of Jones Lang LaSalle and will assume his new role in January 2013.​
