Jones Lang LaSalle sweeps the board at WA Shopping Centre Awards

11 Awards including Shopping Centre of the Year and Marketing Manager of the Year

PERTH, 22 April 2013– Jones Lang LaSalle has swept the board at this year’s WA Property Council of Australia’s Shopping Centre Awards , taking home 11 of the 21 awards including the prestigious Shopping Centre of the Year and Marketing Manager of the Year Awards.

The Shopping Centre of the Year award was made to Jones Lang LaSalle for its work at the Cockburn Gateway Shopping City while the Centre’s Marketing Manager, Julie Elliott, received the Marketing Manager of the Year award.

Underscoring Jones Lang LaSalle’s title as the state’s largest retail property manager was the fact that it was the third consecutive year that the company received the Shopping Centre of the Year accolade.

The firm’s depth and breadth of experience as a professional property management company was also highlighted by the fact that not only did it almost double the number of awards it received in 2012, but that it won 11 of the 13 awards presented to retail property management companies.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s WA Head of Retail Property Management, Ann Manifis, said the awards that the firm won recognised the high standards of its Property and Asset Management Team.

“Once again Jones Lang LaSalle has demonstrated that it is unquestionably the best retail property and asset management team in Australia,” said Ms Manifis.

“We continue to grow our retail capabilities and manage 173 shopping centres across the country, twice as big as our closest agency competitor and the fourth largest manager in Australia just behind Westfield, Federation Centres and CFSGAM. We continue to leverage this capability to deliver exceptional service to our clients across Australia,” she said.
