Tingalpa scores Bullzye lease through Jones Lang LaSalle

BRISBANE, 26 JUNE 2013 – Bullzye Pty Ltd has taken a 1,457sqm lease in Tingalpa in a deal negotiated by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Chris Davis.

Entering the market in late 2012, Bullzye had outgrown their existing units in Tingalpa and were looking for a freestanding building to expand their operation.

“In working very closely with Bullzye, we were able to secure a 1,457sqm concrete tilt panel speculatively built facility across the road from the Masters Home Improvement centre in Tingalpa - at 246 New Cleveland Road,” said Mr Davis.

“The large showroom component allows ample room to display stock whilst the clear span, high bay warehouse provides excellent racking capacity.”

“The provision of larger than average professional offices,  along with the increased cubic capacity of the warehouse were the key factors for Bullzye.”

The lease was secured for $187,000pa net on a five year term.
