Key infill site with approval for 36 Lot subdivision

Lot EE, Innovation Park, Dandenong South

MELBOURNE, 20 JULY 2013 – A strategically located parcel of more than 21 hectares of industrial land owned by Pellicano Group and ISPT in Melbourne’s South East, one of Australia’s fastest growing regions, is about to hit the market.

Lot EE Innovation Park, Dandenong South will be taken to market mid-July by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Kosta Filinis and Ben Cooper of Cameron Industrial via an Expression of Interest campaign closing 5pm, 23rd August, 2013.

The 21 hectare englobo site is a key infill site, well located to all major transport infrastructure and is surrounded by large key occupiers such as ALDI Distribution Centre, ITW, Jayco Caravans Manufacturing Plant and the new L’Oreal Distribution Centre which is made up of 160,000 square metres.

The site is being sold with approvals in place for a two staged 36 lot subdivision, offering flexible development options as well as being offered as 12 or 21 hectares.

“We expect to receive significant interest from owner occupiers - in particular major corporates - however it should also stir some attention from institutions/developers that are looking to increase their holdings in the area as this is the first Englobo opportunity being offered to the Market since 2010” Mr Filinis said.

“This region has really gained momentum within the last 12 months.  In addition to committed projects, purpose built facilities totalling 60,000sqm were close to being agreed.” Mr Cooper added.
