Jones Lang LaSalle adds to its Valuations and Advisory team across Australia

Peter Fay, formerly of CBRE, will join the Victorian team as a Director

MELBOURNE, 24 JULY 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle has attracted another senior valuer to join its National Valuations and Advisory team.  Peter Fay will join as a Director in Melbourne.

Mr Fay has 15 years of experience in property valuations.  He was formerly the National Director responsible for the Institutional & Commercial Valuation business at CBRE.

Managing Director, Investments & Advisory, John Talbot  said, “We welcome Peter to the firm. Jones Lang LaSalle has been expanding its teams across Australia, in a clear strategy to grow our Valuations and Advisory business by recruiting key market leaders.  We are pleased that Peter has chosen to join our strong national team.

“Our team is made up of specialists spanning commercial, retail, industrial and residential sectors, as well as specialised valuations in areas such as health and aged cared, student accommodation, infrastructure and easements and plant and equipment.

“Peter has strong market knowledge in all aspects of commercial property valuations, with particular expertise in the institutional commercial and industrial sectors, and his wealth of national operational and management experience will be an important addition to the team across Australia,” said Mr Talbot.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s Managing Director for Victoria, David Bowden said, “Peter is a commercial and industrial market specialist and brings these specialist skills to the Victorian team.  He will add further depth to our existing senior Valuations and Advisory team led by Martin Reynolds.

“We look forward to the role Peter will play in the Victorian team to help grow our Valuations and Advisory business further,” said Mr Bowden.

Mr Fay will start in the new role in 1 November.
