Jones Lang LaSalle continues to grow its Valuations and Advisory team across Australia

Richard Lawrie will join the New South Wales team as a Director

SYDNEY, 23 SEPTEMBER 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle has attracted another senior valuer to join its National Valuations and Advisory team.  Richard Lawrie will join as a Director in Sydney.

Mr Lawrie has nearly 15 years of experience in property valuations. He has been at Dexus for the past 6 years in a senior valuation coordinating role and prior to that had an 8 year career with Jones Lang LaSalle working in Valuations and Strategic Consulting.

Managing Director, Investment & Advisory Group, John Talbot  said, “We are pleased to welcome Richard back to the firm.  He brings to us a solid foundation in Institutional Valuations and Strategic Advisory and a unique perspective on what clients expect from their service providers.

“Richard will focus primarily on the commercial CBD office market in Sydney.
“In addition to his core valuation role Richard will also be working actively with other elements of our Investment and Advisory platform to add further value to our overall business and to maximise leverage from his impressive array of skills and experience.
“Our team is made up of specialists spanning commercial, retail, industrial and residential sectors, as well as specialised valuations in areas such as health and aged care, student accommodation, infrastructure and easements and plant and equipment.
“We have been expanding our teams across Australia, in a clear strategy to grow our Valuations and Advisory business by recruiting market leaders,” said Mr Talbot.
Mr Lawrie will start in the new role on 4 November.​
