DEX Group leases office/warehouse in Dandenong

28-34 Produce Drive, Dandenong

​MELBOURNE, 9 October 2013 – Promotional products decorator DEX Group has leased a 3,905 sqm office/warehouse at 28-34 Produce Drive, Dandenong for $300,000 per annum.

The five year lease was negotiated by Kosta Filinis and Andrew O’Connell of Jones Lang LaSalle in conjunction with Adrian Garvey of Knight Frank on behalf of Rossiter Constructions.

The property is located adjacent to the 55,000sqm ALDI Distribution Centre, 35 kilometres South East of Melbourne’s CBD. The property has been ESD designed and includes a large canopy of 700sqm, four R.S.D’s and a loading dock.

Knight Frank Associate Director Industrial, Adrian Garvey said, “DEX Group were attracted to 28 – 34 Produce Drive, Dandenong South as it offered excellent truck access and included a container loading dock, a design feature typically reserved for larger industrial buildings.” 

Jones Lang LaSalle Director Industrial Services, Kosta Filnis said, “After a quiet first half to the year, leasing demand has increased significantly with approximately 100,000 square metres of enquiry currently in the market.”
