MELBOURNE, 9 OCTOBER 2013 – Apollo Bicycles has signed a six year lease at 3/333 Frankston-Dandenong Road, Dandenong in Melbourne’s South East for $260,000 per annum.

Kosta Filinis and Andrew O’Connell of Jones Lang LaSalle in conjunction with Ron Williams of Rutherfords Real Estate negotiated the deal on behalf of a private investor.

The 4,200 sqm office/warehouse is located within the established and well regarded area of Dandenong, providing excellent access to Frankston-Dandenong Road, Princes Highway and Eastlink.

The building comprises a two level office and warehouse with an extensive paved hardstand area. It has generous paved car parking areas to both the front and side of the building.

Jones Lang LaSalle Director Industrial Services, Kosta Filinis said, “Dandenong is undoubtedly the most popular Industrial precinct in the South East with tenants/occupiers from surrounding suburbs relocating there and existing occupiers staying firmly where they are.”

''A significant amount of tenants are looking to move into Dandenong from suburbs, such as Rowville/Scoresby and Braeside,'' Mr Filinis said.
