City lures Glentworth in expansion move: Jones Lang LaSalle

BRISBANE, September 23 2013 – Information Management Consultants Glentworth Pty Ltd have taken a lease at 10 Felix Street in a deal negotiated by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Gerry Leyden and James Montague.

Owned by the Canberra Raiders group, Glentworth have committed to 380sqm on a five year lease with market sources indicating that the rental achieved was $550sqm.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s Gerry Leyden said the lease represented an expansion relocation by Glentworth, and was significant given they had moved from being a fringe tenant in South Brisbane, to the CBD’s Golden Triangle.

“Glentworth is in expansion mode, due to recently being awarded a major new contract. Consequently they required a presence in the golden triangle to ensure close proximity to major clients.” he said.

“Glentworth really understands the value of a CBD address for branding and business development perspective, and for accessibility for clients and staff; and after an extensive search throughout the city’s commercial buildings and options, Felix Street was chosen.”

The location, existing fitout coupled with the top floor offering of the building, provided Glentworth with a logical solution for their office accommodation requirement.
