Pacnet takes 99 King Street to fully leased

7 year lease deal secures last 590sqm in the building

Asia’s leading independent telecommunications service provider, Pacnet have secured the last available space at 99 King Street, leasing 590sqm on Level 2.

Simon Dick and Matthew Collins of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated the seven year deal on behalf of CITIC House.

Located on the corner of Little Collins Street and King Street, the building is set amongst some of Melbourne’s largest corporates, a range of cafés, bars, eateries and recreation facilities, and is within close proximity to the legal precinct, courts and Southbank. Easily accessible via the Monash and Tullamarine Freeways, 99 King Street is also just minutes’ walk from Southern Cross Railway Station and the Collins and Bourke Street tram routes.

Mr Dick said, “The recent refurbishment and various upgrades throughout the building attracted Pacnet to the tenancy. In addition the excellent location with strong public transport links provided a very attractive proposition.”
