D&B take 400sqm at 90-94 Tram Road, Doncaster

World leading source of commercial information and insight on businesses, Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) have leased 400 sqm at 90-94 Tram Road, Doncaster.

Jones Lang LaSalle Director of Office Leasing, Michael Simonds negotiated the deal on behalf of Juilliard for circa $300/sqm gross per annum.

Situated approximately 18 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD, 90-94 Tram Road Doncaster is one of the best Corporate Head Office buildings in the Eastern Suburbs with excellent exposure and access to amenities. Located within walking distance to Westfield Shoppingtown, the three level building is home to national tenants and has had minimal vacancy over the last 5 years.

Mr Simonds said, “There was healthy interest during the campaign following refurbishment of the area.  D&B are relocating only a short distance from their current location, indicating that suburban tenants typically do not move far from their existing locations.”
