Victoria’s largest not-for-profit private health care group, Epworth HealthCare has expanded its Hawthorn facility by leasing approximately 300 sqm of office space at 25 Burwood Road, Hawthorn.
Located approximately 8 kilometres south east of Melbourne’s CBD, the property is situated adjacent to Hawthorn Railway Station and opposite Epworth’s current Hawthorn premises at 50 Burwood Road.
The long term lease of up to 20 years was negotiated by Michael Simonds of Jones Lang LaSalle on behalf of a local private investor for a confidential rental of approximately $110,000/sqm gross per annum.
Mr Simonds said, “The Boroondara Market continues to outperform all other Melbourne markets with excellent demand coupled with low incentives, which results in it being a particularly attractive investment market”.
