ROI signs new lease at Level 3, 2-6 Railway Parade, Camberwell

​Technology and online marketing company, ROI has relocated from its Surrey Hills offices leasing 1,000sqm at Qantas House in Railway Parade, Camberwell.

Jones Lang LaSalle Director, Joshua Tebb negotiated the new two year deal at $330 per square metre of behalf of a private landlord. Cars were negotiated at $200 per bay per month.

Located approximately 10 kilometres east of Melbourne’s CBD, 2-6 Railway Parade is situated above Camberwell Station in one of the precinct’s most sought after locations. The property is well serviced by amenity due to its close proximity to the Burke Road retail precinct, The Well Shopping Centre and Camberwell Market.

Mr Tebb said, “Catering for the growth of their company, ROI are combining out of several locations. Camberwell was the perfect solution as it allowed easy access for the work force of 80 plus staff with better amenity than other suburban locations:”

“The Boroondarra market has continued to outperform many of the surrounding suburban precincts with a current vacancy rate of 8.34%, which is well below the state average of 11.0%,” Mr Tebb added.
