Blueprint consolidating in Hawthorn

New, long-term lease struck at 192 Burwood Road


Independently owned group of retail services and field marketing agencies, Blueprint Group has leased 1,100sqm of office space at 192 Burwood Road, Hawthorn.

Jones Lang LaSalle Director, Office Leasing Michael Simonds negotiated the 5 year deal on behalf of a local private for an undisclosed rental, believed to be in excess of $340/sqm.

Approximately 8 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, 192 Burwood Road is located between Power Street and Glenferrie Road. The property is situated in close proximity to Glenferrie and Bridge Road retail amenity and has excellent access to arterial roads and public transport.  The complex comprises three buildings specifically constructed in the 1980s for travel publication, Lonely Planet.

Mr Simonds said, “Consolidating out of three separate locations, Blueprint Group had a preference to be based in Hawthorn to continue to lure a quality workforce in an inner suburban, blue ribbon location.”
