Leasehold interest of The Leederville Hotel and The Garden for sale

JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group has been exclusively appointed to sell the leasehold interest of The Leederville Hotel and The Garden. In the same hands for over 20 years, this rare opportunity is to be offered via Expressions of Interest closing Thursday 26 June 2014.

This iconic venue is one of the largest inner-city pubs in Perth and enjoys a prominent location on the bustling Oxford Street retail strip. Over the past 20 years the asset has had a renowned history and been an industry leader in terms of performance continuing to achieve huge annual revenues even though over half the venue is either closed, unrenovated or underutilised at the moment.

"The property offers a number of diversified revenue streams and provides an incoming tenant the opportunity to reposition the existing Leederville Hotel whilst continuing to trade the very successful operation of The Garden." said Aaron Desange, Senior Vice President, JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group.
