JLL collects two awards at the 13th Annual CSIA Australian Customer Service Excellence Awards in Melbourne

JLL awarded ‘Customer Service Team of the Year’ for property management at Sydney’s Liberty Place precinct

​AUSTRALIA, 10 OCTOBER 2014 – Global property services firm, JLL has collected two awards at the 13th Annual Customer Service Excellence Awards, winning both the National and New South Wales awards for ‘Customer Service Team of the Year’. 

The JLL Property Management team at Sydney’s Liberty Place precinct were recognised by the judges for the unique way they deliver customer service. 

JLL’s Australian Head of Property Management, Richard Fennell said, “The JLL submission highlighted examples of how the firm is leading a unique customer service office-hotel philosophy across the commercial office sector. In particular, how a customer and guest focused approach and experience is helping to positively transform the usual tenant relationship. 

“JLL’s approach to Customer Service in the buildings we manage across Australia reflects the ethos that the tenants are customers and the office is no longer regarded only as the place to work, but now involves an emphasis on lifestyle, convenience and amenity. 

“This award win demonstrates our commitment to providing our customers, the owner and their tenants with a unique experience that is broader than what has been traditionally offered.  We strive to ensure that JLL-managed offices are great places to work for our customers,” said Mr Fennell.
