JLL awarded top international accolade for customer experience

The firm has won the ‘Customer Experience and Voice of the Customer' award at International Business Excellence Awards 2015

​​​​​​JLL has been recognised at this year's International Business Excellence Awards (IBX Awards), taking out the prestigious 'Customer Experience and Voice of the Customer' award.

JLL faced tough competition from 14 countries across all sectors, and was awarded the accolade after the two-day finals in Dubai, where this year's judging was held.The IBX Awards are designed to recognise business excellence from across the world.

JLL's Customer Service division – which forms part of its Property & Asset Management business – has been awarded many times for its unique customer service philosophy across the commercial office sector. 

JLL's team is led by Australian Head of Customer Experience, Peter Merrett.
