JLL WA records significant growth into new business lines in 2015

National strategic consultancy business extended to Perth

JLL has confirmed significant growth into new business lines in Western Australia in 2015, driven by new contracts and the expansion of the firm's national Strategic Consulting business into west coast operations.

Western Australia's largest commercial agency with over 200 staff, JLL has appointed a further 20 employees in 2015, in new roles created in response to business growth, according to JLL's Managing Director WA, John Williams.

"Growth into new business lines is not only indicative of JLL's market dominance, but also speaks volumes of our broader growth strategy in Western Australia," he said.

JLL has attracted John Low to the new role of Head of Strategic Consultancy, Perth. John has over 30 years of real estate experience in Perth having worked in a variety of roles across construction and development, valuations and consulting.

"For the past 15 years John has had his own boutique property advisory and consulting business and has developed a broad mix of public and private sector clients across a diverse range of activities including transaction management, due diligence co-ordination, development feasibilities and master planning.

"John will offer Strategic Consulting services to our private clients, government and institutions," said Mr Williams.

JLL has also appointed Adrian Bland to Perth's fast growing valuations team. He brings with him 12 years of experience in the residential, tourism, licenced premises, rural, commercial and industrial property sectors.

Further, JLL's Perth office has recorded significant, multi-departmental growth to date, in 2015, with 18 new roles created, primarily in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Property and Asset Management (PAM), Project and Development Services (PDS), and Engineering and Operational Services (EOS).

"Property and Asset Management has been a source of considerable growth this year with 11 additional staff appointed to service new portfolios, including the state government portfolio which includes Dumas House, West Perth, Albert Facey House and Silver City.

"We have continued to implement JLL's successful growth strategy, which allows us to expand and enhance our teams by recruiting market leaders. This strategy is none more visible than where new business lines are created.

"Each of these new appointments will undoubtedly strengthen JLL's team in Perth and allow us to continue to deliver outstanding levels of success and add value to our clients' businesses.

"Our investment in our people and services will continue to ensure the success of our business in WA," concluded Mr Williams.
