Matthew is responsible for maximising revenue and growth across residential operations in the region, through proactively and effectively leading the team, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, undertaking valuations and complying with company standards.

Previous Experience

Prior to obtaining his registration as a property valuer, Matthew worked in real estate for four years before accepting a Graduate Valuer position, where he worked alongside several senior valuers gaining experience in various types of valuations.

Following his registration in 2009, Matthew concentrated on residential valuations. He specialised in prestige and canal-front property in Brisbane’s Inner and South-East suburbs, Redland Shire and the Bay Islands (Moreton, North Stradbroke, Karragarra, Lamb, Macleay and Russell).

Matthew was promoted to the role of Valuation Area Manager, where he was responsible for providing guidance and supervision to a team of valuers, as well as completing valuations.

Along with mortgage valuations, Matthew has also completed a large number of family law valuations and has acted as an expert witness in court.
