The Office Index is a stock-weighted average of rental movements across Asia Pacific. Office rental increases slow across Asia Pacific and capital values are more resilient. Across the region, aggregate rental growth averaged just 0.2% q-o-q, slowing further from 0.9% in the previous quarter and average quarterly increase in capital values was 0.8%, slowing moderately from the 1.2% recorded in 4Q11.
