The case for 'non-core' markets becomes harder to ignore.

From Jones Lang LaSalle's involvement in capital markets across Australia, it is clear that the availability of finance remains the single largest constraint on asset sales in non-core and secondary commercial markets, as well as the residential site and project market. Recent liaison with the banking and finance sector indicates that the pool of capital is slowly increasing as more second-tier lenders re-enter the market.​
