2022 marked a year of robust rental growth, and softening yields across the national industrial markets. Take-up and transaction volumes remain significantly elevated relative to long term averages, however were subdued compared to the record volumes seen in 2021.​

Nine consecutive cash rate rises have undoubtedly created some uncertainty in the market, however the slowing of the market is also symptomatic of a lack of opportunity from both occupiers and investors.
