With over 10 years of transactional experience in Melbourne, Josh heads up Victoria's Capital Markets division, which incorporates Middle Markets and Metropolitan investments, and is responsible for a high performing team of agency operatives across several asset classes and geographies.
He has personally handled some of the most significant high-rise development site and office building sales in Melbourne, translating to over AUD $10 billion of commercial transactions on behalf of a range of private family offices, investment managers and institutional clients.

Ben has over 24 years’ experience in the commercial property market across consultancy, feasibility and capital transactions of retail, commercial and development property. Ben specialises in the sale of office and retail investment property in Australia, capitalising on his relationships with private, institutional and corporate property groups together with retailers alike.
Over the last 24 years Ben has sold hotel and leisure assets establishing a national business line based in Sydney, worked for Coles Supermarkets nationally and most recently headed up the national retail investment team of a publicly listed global real estate agency based in Melbourne.
