JLL's Head of Industrial – Australia, Michael Fenton will this year transition full-time to the role of Australian Head of Industrial Sales and Leasing. Mr. Fenton has also been the Managing Director of JLL's NSW business since 2009 and assumed the additional responsibilities of National Head of Industrial in 2010.
JLL's Capital Markets Industrial team will also be bolstered by Adrian Rowse, who will join as a Director, based in Melbourne. Mr. Rowse also joins from Colliers Melbourne, where he and Mr. Iuliano have worked together closely and successfully, with a combined 40 years' experience.
CEO of JLL Australia, Stephen Conry said, "The growth of our National Industrial capability in an ever-evolving market has been a clear strategy for JLL over the past couple of years. We are advising many Australian and global Industrial corporates and investors who are very focused on the opportunities for them in Australia.
"We are redoubling our efforts in this exciting part of our business by focusing even more on our Sales and Leasing offering and our Capital Markets offering, as we do with our Office and Retail Business Lines."
"Tony Iuliano brings with him a wealth of experience in the Industrial Investments market, and will work closely with Michael Fenton, our large Victorian team led by Matt Ellis, and our Industrial teams around Australia to expand our service offering.
"Michael will now focus more on his industrial specialty for which he is so well regarded nationally. We are excited about how this will contribute to overall growth prospects."
Mr. Fenton will hand over his NSW Managing Director commitments later this year and an announcement will be made about that role in the coming months.
