JLL Capital Markets team boosts their national Middle Markets team with key hire in Melbourne

MELBOURNE, 28 September 2020 – After spending more than ten-years leading a large group of agency operators at CBRE, Josh Rutman has joined the JLL National Capital Markets team in the role of Senior Director and Head of Middle Markets and Metropolitan Investments for Victoria.

JLL’s Head of Capital Markets - Australia, Fergal G Harris said, “Josh brings a wealth of real estate experience with a broad cross section of client segments and asset types and his knowledge will greatly assist our clients add value to their portfolios and achieve strong outcomes.
