JLL wins prestigious national award for excellence in the Facilities Management (FM) industry
JLL recognised for Excellence in FM for Government and Special Purpose, and JLL’s Ebony Elliott receives commendation for Young Achiever of the Year.
Global property services firm, JLL has been recognised for its contribution to the Facilities Management (FM) industry in Australia at the annual FM Industry Awards for Excellence 2017.
The awards, organised by the Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA), were held in Melbourne last night.
JLL won the Excellence in FM category for Government/Special purpose, awarded for market–leading and innovative provider of facilities management services. JLL manages property services for The Department of Immigration and Border Protection and its FM team manage over 500 leases across 24 unique property types.
With a focus on delivering best practice outcomes for their client, the team implemented RED, JLL’s global data and insight platform to address reporting capabilities, mitigate errors and reduce manual handling of data.
RED has transformed how client information is collected, managed, illustrated and governed and has delivered dynamic reporting that draws on multi-strand data to provides better business insight and significant time savings.

JLL’s Ebony Elliott also received a commendation for Young Achiever of the Year.
As Account Manager for Tabcorp, Ebony manages 340 properties across Australia and the UK.
Ebony leads a multi-disciplinary team of 10, inspiring them to continuously improve and deliver best practice. Over the past year, she has implemented technology solutions, facilitated major relocations and delivered an additional 5.3% in savings for her client.
