JLL’s national Industrial and Logistics Occupier Services team expands in Melbourne
Sandra Ng appointed to JLL’s Industrial and Logistic Occupiers Services team
MELBOURNE- 15 June 2022 – Sandra Ng has joined JLL’s Industrial and Logistic Occupiers Services team, focusing on delivering strategic warehousing solutions for tenants in the Melbourne industrial market.
Sandra joins JLL from uTenant where she was head of property. Prior to her time at uTenant she was a part of CBRE’s industrial team based in Melbourne.
Reporting to JLL’s National Head of Occupier Services for Industrial and Logistics- (Australia), Matt Lee, Sandra will work closely with also JLL’s supply chain team, project and development services team and the energy and sustainability team.
Mr Lee said, “Sandra will focus on growing our occupier services offering in the Melbourne market and further enhance JLL’s partnership with uTenant. Her role will ensure that corporate occupiers are provided with a complete end-to-end service offering across relocations and renewals.”
“At the moment, there is a growing need to provide clients with specialised assistance from the early planning stages of supply chain and distribution network design, through to the project management and sustainable delivery of property outcomes that match these solutions.”
