JLL’s NSW Capital Markets team grows with appointment of new Director

SYDNEY, 16 September 2021 – Global property services firm, JLL has expanded its NSW Capital Markets team with the appointment of a new Director, Sophie Tieman.

Sophie has eight years of experience in the commercial property industry. Her most recent role in Capital Markets at Colliers focused on institutional sales in the Sydney metropolitan markets. Prior to that, Sophie was a register valuer, specialising in both the Sydney and Brisbane institutional markets.

JLL’s Head of Capital Markets (NSW), Luke Billiau said, “Sophie is a key hire for JLL’s NSW Capital Markets team to complement our market leading capability, particularly in the Middle Markets sector. Her experience in Sydney’s metropolitan markets, and her strong relationships with local institutional investors makes her a valued asset to our team”.

Sophie was recently nominated as a finalist by the Real Estate Institute of NSW for Commercial Salesperson 2021, in their annual Awards for Excellence.
