A lack of available warehouse space to lease continues to limit occupier movements nationally. However, increased uncertainty from occupiers against a backdrop of challenging macroeconomic conditions is also impacting leasing decisions.
That being said, the current levels of occupier demand still outpaces supply which continues to drive growth of average prime net face rents.
