James joined JLL- QLD Office Leasing in 2006. He holds a degree in Applied Science majoring in Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology and has completed the Green Star Office design course. James is a committee member alumni of the ULI Young Leaders Group in Queensland.
Over the past 18years James has been involved in the repositioning and strategic marketing of some of Brisbane's major commercial properties. With transactions throughout a broad range of asset classes James has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of tenant requirements which has been highly regarded by his clients.
