JLL helped in delivering a flexible, transparent, collaborative workplace for ANZ in Melbourne. By implementing the design principles that met the expectations of the company, JLL handed over a certified 6 Star Green Star rating building and 6 Star Green Star rating fit-out to ANZ.

When banking giant ANZ decided to develop a new headquarters space in Melbourne, the bank turned to us for help developing an open and transparent working environment for the 6,500 employees housed there. We incorporated design principles that met ANZ’s overall project objectives for a sustainable, collaborative and flexible workspace for its people. The new ANZ Centre has been certified with a 6 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia for ‘Office Design’ and a 6 Star Green Star rating for fit-out.
