A leading global investment firm sought to reposition a 1970s half-vacant office tower into an asset that would attract high-end tenants.

We helped them reinvigorate the building with an innovative upgrade and energy-efficient initiatives that enabled the building to achieve A-grade building status, a rise from 2 star to 4.5 star NABERS rating as well as an increase in the net lettable area by 2,900 sqm.
