JLL consolidated a comprehensive package of office options that balanced budget, space, amenity, and other requirements, for Allen + Clarke’s leadership team to consider.  

After rounds of inspections and shortlisting preferred options, the firm chose a modern, fitted suite at AMP Capital’s 600 Bourke Street in Melbourne.

The building had close access to major transport networks and a recent major upgrade of the lobby and office floors. It also matched Allen + Clarke’s flexibility and amenity requirements.

Result

After the initial engagement and first round of shortlisted options, Allen & Clarke was able to meet all criteria, execute the lease and move into its new office within four months.
