Global Fortune 500 company Stanley Black & Decker is expanding its footprint in Australia and New Zealand. They sought a new warehouse, and repair and training facility where they could consolidate five existing sites. We wrote the brief for Expressions of Interest and advised on design through the lease negotiation. We then served as client representative during construction by the pre-lease landlord, then provided project and construction management services for the fit-out. The warehouse is enabling the company to continue growing at 20% year-on-year.
