Westpac’s biggest transformation initiative, “Bank Now”, set out to radically alter the customer experience. With this in mind, Westpac sought to revitalise its branch in Sydney’s Central Business District. JLL delivered an interactive open plan layout and fully equipped 24/7 smart self-service area. The new design enabled Westpac to meet their clients’ needs any time of the day or night with self-service banking options and tailored support from specialist staff.
